A monthly, casual walkabout on Mt. Tabor. Lets move our bodies & build community!.
This gathering is for all women -including cisgender, transgender women, non-binary, and gender-expansive individuals who are entering into or navigating menopause and hormonal transitions.
We all have wisdom & inspiration to share.
The 1st Sunday of every month
at 10 am
Meet at the park entrance (first gate) to Mt. Tabor off of SE Salmon & 63rd where SE Salmon meets SE Reservoir Loop Dr.
