Spring (Premier) Issue theme: SHIFT

Our theme to our premiere issue is Shift. Aging is a series of shifts — some subtle, others seismic. Our identities, ambitions, and even our experiences evolve, inviting us to reconsider/reexamine everything.

Change can feel disorienting, especially in a culture that prizes hyperfocused success, but it also opens the door to the power of opportunity.  What shifts have you experienced lately in your life? These changes could be in your thinking, in your body, anywhere in your life!

We are currently looking for

• Artwork, Photography, Poetry, Video Shorts & Audio, exploring themes of aging, identity, and resilience.

• Personal stories of aging, menopause, and transformation.

• Health and wellness insights—from holistic to medical approaches.

• Creative essays, reflections, advocacy that inform, inspire, and/or uplift women in midlife and beyond.

-this doesn’t mean it has to be all pie in the sky. Share with us the raw, the real, the LIVED voice.
